Grandma GREAT
Oh how we LOVE Grandma GREAT!
She is so beautiful and so fun!
She is so beautiful and so fun!
As you can see Rylee and Grandma Great are both wearing purple.
It has always been a favorite for Grandma Great but
now that Rylee is aware of this it is also her new favorite!
Rylee and I drove up to spend the afternoon with
Grandpa and Grandma "great"
(they are "great" because they are great-grandparents)
also, they are just GREAT!
We decided last minute to head up to Harrisville and hang out
with the grandparents. They were such good company and so sweet.
Grandma and Grandpa went all out and took us for a
nice dinner! Rylee and I have both decided that
we need to go up and see the GREATS more often.
Next time were planning to go to the dinosaur park
and have a sleepover!
Rylee is
ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED
with Grandma Great.
It is so fun to watch them. Rylee had to hold Grandmas hand,
sit by her at dinner, give her kisses upon arrival and departure...
Thanks Grandpa and Grandma GREAT for the fun day!
We love you!!

Cupcakes and Fancy dresses
We have a bedtime routine at our house which I'm sure isn't a lot different than the one at yours.
The only thing that separates our routine from yours is that we read two VERY girly books.
The only thing that separates our routine from yours is that we read two VERY girly books.
1st is Fancy Nancy.
Rylee has been obsessed with this beauty queen
from a very young age.
Josh man had Rylee for Christmas this year and
totally knows how crazy she is about Miss. Nancy
Josh got Rylee the Fancy Nancy dress.
Yes you can actually buy this dress and
Rylee asked to wear it ALL the time.
She was convinced that she could wear it to church today.
VERY RUDE AWAKENING WHEN MOM SAID NO!
2nd is Pinkalicious.
This is a cute story about a little girl who bakes PINK cupcakes
with her mom and she eats way to many of them.
She wakes up in the morning and her entire body is P.I.N.K.
Her mom rushes her to the Doctor where she is
diagnosed with pinkatitous.
If you have girly girls living in your house
We recommend these HILARIOUS books!
Tonight after finishing books I leaned over to give Miss. Thang a kiss on her forehead. I then said...
MOMMY: I love you babe. Sleep good
then
Rylee leaned over, gave me a kiss on my forehead and said...
RYLEE: I love you baby. Sweep good.
I guess she still loves me even though I wouldn't allow her to
wear her Fancy Nancy dress to church. GOOD TO KNOW!
*Oh how I love my little diva*

Travyn Shae
One of my girl friends from years ago had this cute little guy Travyn 5 months ago. Isn't he HANDSOME!
On January 15th Travyn was Life flighted from his Saint George home to Primary Children's Hospital and diagnosed with an Atypical Teritoid Rhabdoid Brain Tumor. He had gone through a number of surgeries over the past couple of weeks and has now started chemo and radiation. You can follow Travyns journey to recovery at www.carepages.com and search Travynshae. Please keep this little fighter in your players and thoughts.
Do you want a gift made by me? (you can say no)
I was blog stalking and ran across this tag challenge my cute cousin decided to participate in. It sounded like a ton of fun and it made me want to join. I think perhaps 5 people read this blog, occasionally. I double dare you to accept this challenge.
This game involves a few of my favorite things: handmade goods, creativity, and gift-giving. Here are the tagging instructions: The first five people to respond to this post will get something made by me! My choice. For you. This offer does have some restrictions and limitations:
1- I make no guarantees that you will like what I make!
2- What I create will be just for you.
3- It'll be done this year. (might be a little while)
4- You have no clue what it's going to be. It may be a story. It may be poetry or an article on properly cleaning your face before a masque. I may draw or paint something. I may bake you something and mail it to you. Who knows? Not you, that's for sure!
5- I reserve the right to do something extremely strange. The catch? Oh, the catch is that you must re-post this on your blog and offer the same to the first 5 people who do the same on your blog.
The first 5 people to do so and leave a comment telling me they did win a FAB-U-LOUS homemade gift by me! Oh, and be sure to post a picture of what you win when you get it!

SLEDDING!
We went sledding for the first time with the cute Frame Family on Saturday! It was a lot of fun, but also a lot of work! The girls had a blast, and the weather was perfect!
